Each and every item is sold on by close of play and we do not hold any stock to speak of. This way we can pay the best prices without being exposed to price fluctuations.

However, we are often asked if we sell to the general public – especially when it comes to coins and bullion. Well, the answer is “Yes – Sometimes” Our business model requires that we sell everything we but the same day. Scrap gold, silver, platinum and palladium goes straight tour London or Birmingham smelters who turn it into sexy gold bars for resale. But Coins and bullion bars we buy are almost always sold to a short list of local customers.

For example we have a short list of clients who have a specific requirement – perhaps the collect sovereigns or Britannias or any other variation of gold or silver coin. Or, maybe their thing is bullion of one sort or another. At the end of our daily buying cycle we simply call or message the short list with whatever we collected that day and sell them whatever they fancy at that moment. Our selling prices are sharp – often a few percent lower than the online competition and they get to see, touch and test the item before paying for it.
